Wicklow Circuit Court Family Law and Civil Callover lists

Please note the Callover lists for Family Law and Civil matters for Wicklow Circuit Court originally listed for 30th March 2020 and the 07th of September 2020 will NOT be going ahead.

The office will be assigning dates to cases listed in these in due course.

1. Cases will be listed in assigned a date in accordance with the date of lodgement of Notice of Trial.
2. Notification of the date given will be sent out in writing to the parties OR Solicitors involved in the cases.
3. Any case assigned a date for hearing and is not ready to go ahead should notify the office immediately. Failure to do so may result in the Court striking out the Notice of Trial.

As per previous notification no Possession matters will be listed until further notice.
